As a part of the digital evolution, the company is deploying CitySpace apps powered by andcards across all its locations to improve customer experience and increase online revenue conversion.
Now, all CitySpace customers regardless of the location have an easy-to-use web and mobile application for iOS and Android. It makes all CitySpace products (meeting rooms, desks, additional services, benefits, and more) easily accessible for members without the community manager’s assistance. This also contributes to establishing a safer workspace environment by reducing the necessity of physical interactions between people.
We see the introduction of the app as another step on the path to enhance the experience for all our customers.
