andcards was founded by Igor and Ross in Seoul, South Korea. Having worked at corporations, they believe that a workspace could be a happier place. Coworking spaces, the recent flexible form of workspace, thrive on creativity and awesome services that contribute to a happier workspace experience. Working at a coworking space, Igor & Ross discovered that coworking spaces are in abundance of creativity but lack in technology, and embarked on a journey to bridge that gap — make coworking spaces easier to discover and use, therefore improving member experience and happiness.
andcards is a coworking space software focused on members. It is available for all popular platforms.
Member Focus — our priority is making coworking space accessible and convenient for coworking space members. We build and evolve our product around the user experience of end users. The key priority is the ease of use, intuitiveness and simplicity of discovering and getting workspace services.
One App — on andcards, coworking space managers use the same app as members. This gives administrators the same great user experience and the convenience of mobility. andcards helps coworking space managers be more efficient and maintain a deep understanding of member experience.

Marketing efforts focus on promoting the use of technology to develop coworking space business. A sales process is designed to create value for customers through andcards products and get a transaction in return.
Everybody wants to improve wellbeing, to grow professionally and to realize personal goals. At the same time, we should be mindful of our company's health and growth. Personal welfare should be balanced with team achievements, and reflect the company situation. To promote transparency and honesty inside andcards, and to outline your benefits, welfare and future opportunities, we designed this employee compensation system.
We care about you and want to give you stable employment with encouraging and reasonable compensation. After a test period, you will sign a 1-year contract. Think of the contract between andcards and you as a win-win partnership in which you together with other team members put all energy towards achieving company goals, and receive a portion of company wealth in return.
The benefits of working with andcards do not stop at your monthly compensation. We want to share with you the company itself. If you want to participate in ESOP ("Employee Share Ownership Plan"), you will get an option to purchase company stock at a fixed (and usually very low) price.
