Our recruitment process
Application Review
Your resume will be carefully reviewed by a human. If chosen, a recruiter will provide you with a test task. Upon successful completion, you will be contacted for a video interview via Google Meet.
Manager Interview
The hiring manager for the role will conduct a 45-minute long online interview.
Team Interview
You will have the opportunity to meet with multiple team members during the second round of the interview. Depending on the role, the hiring process may include an assessment component.
Offer Extended
Once you are selected, we will extend an offer that includes comprehensive compensation and benefits details.
Onboarding
As part of your orientation, you receive a warm welcome to the team, merch and computer, and undergo comprehensive orientation sessions according to our Handbook.
